• You may not use Zero Seconds Film Lab services for commercial purposes, coaching clinics, team resale, or competitive advantage without a separate commercial licensing agreement executed by both parties.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zero Seconds Film Lab provides its platform, training programs, and analysis tools on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Seconds Film Lab disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Zero Seconds Film Lab, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or athletic performance.
